What is a Non Public Agency (NPA)?

A Non Public Agency (NPA) is an organization certified by the CDE to provide specialized services to students with exceptional needs. NPAs work in partnership with schools to deliver services outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

How do we initiate services with your agency?

The process begins with a consultation to understand your school’s specific needs. We then develop a service agreement, identify appropriate therapists, and coordinate with your special education team to implement services according to student IEPs. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for schools.

What qualifications do your therapists have?

All our therapists are licensed professionals in their respective fields with specialized training in pediatric therapy. They hold current California credentials, undergo regular professional development, and have experience working in educational settings with diverse student populations.

How do you handle documentation and IEP participation?

Our therapists provide comprehensive documentation including detailed progress notes, assessment reports, and goal tracking. They actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educational teams, and ensure all services align with educational goals and comply with state requirements.
